Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Our (IOP) provides 9 hours of group therapy per week focused on relapse prevention, coping skills and emotional regulation. Clients participate in structured sessions with licensed counselors using evidence-based practices such as CBT.

Individual, Couples and Family Therapy

Our licensed therapists provide counseling focused on emotional healing, communication & conflict resolution. Sessions are personalized to address anxiety, depression, trauma & relationship/family issues.
